Where are the data from Timesphere stored?

The data used and collected within Timesphere solutions are in their entirety hosted in Canada in accordance with the redundancy requirements of cloud data centres, whether it is Northamerica-northeast1 (Google), Canada Central (Amazon Web Services) or OVH Beauharnois.

All of our employees are stationed in Canada and we have put in place internal policies containing provisions that require data protection to be respected at all times and that in under no circumstance will a piece of data from the system find itself in another country.

What is the level of availability of the application?

Timesphere and its hosting providers are committed to an availability target of no lesser than 99.5%.

Application updates will be tested prior to being installed and planned ahead of time as to limit the duration of any intervention that may render the system temporarily unavailable.

In order to deal with unforeseen situations, we have set up a backup system in a Canadian cloud data centre that runs parallel to the regular production system, to which duplicated data are sent (in addition to regular logical and physical database backup copies).

We also keep an application backup system as well as internal documentation in which are described the actions to be taken in case of a system failure that could lead, or not, to using the backup system.
