It is well know that communication with employees is key when managing schedules – the use of TASKS can help you.

 

Tip #1 – Tasks according to specific events:

Tasks or notes must be transferred to your employees based on specific events or activities, using Master schedule can help you.

First, define a master schedule and enter the required tasks:

Then, apply the master schedule to your weekly schedule at the appropriate time to insert the tasks:

Tip #2 – Find at a glance the shifts that were given for a replacement.

By selecting the “Highlight replacements” checkbox in the “Schedule module options” menu, you are asking Timesphere to tell you which shifts were replaced and their source.

When this option is enabled, the shifts that have been replaced will be highlighted in yellow. You will automatically see which shifts were replaced and where those shifts came from, involving which employees.
